Software Versions

The Software Versions feature allows you to download Poly Device software or Poly Lens Application software for offline use and on-premises device management tools.

Download a Software Version​

  1. In Poly Lens, go to Manage > Software Versions.
  2. Select or Search for the Device or App needed from the Device Model/Lens App dropdown list.
  3. Select the Software Version from the dropdown list.
  4. Select Download.
  5. The Software is downloaded to your PC, ready for installing on your Device. See Device Documentation for installation instructions for this specific device.

Release Notes​

When you select a Device/App and a Software Version, the corresponding Release Note summary will display for your convenience. To view the entire Release Note for this Software Release, select the link in the Read More section at the bottom of the page.

If a Release Note is not available, a link to the Poly Documentation Library, and the HP Support Site are provided to locate Product information and Release Note information for the software version.
